Network Devices
Switches, routers and firewalls are the part of your network nobody thinks about until they fail. We size them against what the site actually does — port counts, PoE budget, uplink speed, the VLANs and VPN tunnels you need — rather than against a price list.
Once installed they stay under monitoring, so a switch with a failing port or a firewall running out of licence shows up on our board before it shows up on your floor.
Laptops
We keep a standard build per role. Every machine arrives imaged, encrypted, enrolled in your management platform, asset tagged and registered under warranty, so a replacement is a swap rather than a project.
Standardising on one or two models across the business makes support faster and spare parts cheaper, and it means the person who breaks a laptop on a Friday is working again on Monday.
Let us help you resolve any Computer or network security issues or problems you might be experiencing today.
Desktops
For the roles that stay at a desk, a desktop or workstation gives you more machine for the money and a longer service life. We specify to the software people actually run — CAD, imaging, accounting, line-of-business apps — not to a generic office spec.
The same build standard applies: imaged, encrypted, enrolled and documented before it reaches the desk.
Access Points
Wi-Fi that covers the building, not just the room nearest the router. We survey the site, place access points against the floor plan and the construction, and separate staff, guest and device networks so a visitor phone is never on the same network as your servers.
Coverage is verified on site after installation and monitored afterwards, because Wi-Fi problems are almost never where people report them.
The hardware we recommend has been tested and proven to work with your organization’s unique software and digital setup.

What we supply and support
We are not tied to a single manufacturer. We specify what suits the job, and we support it for as long as you run it.
Servers
Tower and rack servers for file, application and virtualisation workloads, sized with room to grow and specified with the redundancy the role warrants.
Laptops and desktops
Business-class machines with on-site warranty, built to one standard so support and spares stay simple.
NAS and backup appliances
On-site storage and backup targets, configured with the retention you actually need and tested by restoring from them, not just by watching jobs succeed.
Switches and routing
Managed switching with the VLAN, PoE and uplink capacity the site needs, documented so the next engineer can read it.
Firewalls
Perimeter security with content filtering, VPN for remote staff and site-to-site links, kept under licence and patched.
Access points
Wi-Fi designed to a floor plan and verified on site, with separate networks for staff, guests and devices.
Printers and scanners
Shared print and scanning that works from every machine, including the ones that only ever print once a month.
Peripherals and accessories
Docks, monitors, headsets, cabling and the rest of the parts that quietly decide whether a desk is pleasant to work at.
How a hardware refresh runs
- 01
Specify
We look at what the work requires and what you already own, then propose the shortest list of equipment that does the job.
- 02
Source
We quote with the lead time stated up front, and tell you when waiting two weeks gets you a materially better machine.
- 03
Configure
Everything is imaged, encrypted, enrolled and asset tagged before it leaves us, so nothing is set up at your desk.
- 04
Deploy
We install out of hours where it matters, migrate the data, and stay on site until people are working normally.
- 05
Support
The equipment goes under monitoring and warranty tracking, and we tell you when something is approaching end of life rather than after it fails.
Some Of The Products We Support
Hardware we deploy and support day to day. If you already run something else, we will support that too rather than insist you replace it.

Questions we get asked
01Can we buy hardware from you without a support agreement?
Yes. Plenty of clients start by buying a few machines and only later move their support across.
02How long does a quote take?
Usually the same day for standard equipment. Where lead times are long we tell you the date up front, and when waiting a fortnight gets you a materially better machine we say that too.
03What warranty comes with it?
Business-class equipment with the manufacturer warranty registered in your name, on-site where the model offers it. We track expiry dates so a failure is a claim rather than a surprise.
04Will you support hardware we bought somewhere else?
Yes. We would rather support what you own than insist you replace it to become a client.
