01How do you price a project?
Fixed price wherever the scope can be pinned down, which is most of the time. Where genuine unknowns exist — a building with no documentation, for instance — we say so and price that part separately rather than padding the whole quote.
02Can the work happen outside business hours?
Yes, and for cutovers, migrations and office moves it usually should. The plan says when we start, when you are back, and what happens if it goes wrong.
03Who is accountable for the date?
One named person at our end, who tells you when something threatens the date rather than after it has slipped.
04What happens after the project finishes?
You get the documentation, the credentials and a handover. Whether we then support it day to day is your choice, not a condition of us doing the project.
