Accessibility Statement | Tech-Force MSP
Last updated 10 September 2026
We want this site to work for everyone who needs what Tech-Force does, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or a device that has been told to reduce motion.
What we are aiming at
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not claim to have met every criterion on every page, because that claim is easy to make and hard to keep. What follows is what we have actually done and what we know is still imperfect.
What is in place
- Keyboard access. Every link, button and form field can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is visible rather than removed.
- Reduced motion is respected. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation is switched off and content appears immediately. No animation is required to read anything.
- Content does not depend on script. Reveal effects are CSS transitions layered on top of content that is already there, so the page is complete with JavaScript disabled.
- Images carry alt text. Photographs that convey information are described; images that are purely illustrative are marked as decorative so screen readers skip them rather than reading a filename.
- Real headings and landmarks. Headings are marked up as headings, navigation as navigation, so a screen reader can jump through a page by structure.
- Skip link. The first thing a keyboard user reaches is a link straight to the main content.
- Text contrast. Body and heading colours are chosen to stay legible on both the dark and light sections of the site.
- Video does not autoplay sound. The videos on the site are muted and carry no audio track at all.
- Responsive to 320px. Pages reflow without horizontal scrolling on small screens and at high zoom.
Known limitations
- Some photographs carried over from our previous website are marked decorative rather than described individually. Where an image carries meaning the surrounding text does not, we want to know.
- A few images that came from the old site have text baked into them. The same information appears in the page text, but the image itself is not selectable or resizable.
- This site has not yet been through a formal third-party audit.
