Tech-Force MSP LLC is a managed IT service provider serving businesses in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We are the controller of the information described here.

Two things, and nothing else:

• What you type into the contact form. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you selected, and your message.
• Your IP address, briefly. Held in memory only, to limit how many times the form can be submitted from one address in an hour. It is not written to disk and not retained.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga that tell one browser apart from another; they do not contain your name, email or anything you typed into a form. What we see is aggregate: pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate region, and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Analytics is switched off for you automatically when your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with any content blocker or with Google's own opt-out browser add-on. The site works identically either way.

Beyond that, the site runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font network, and there is no third-party embed anywhere on the site. Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps are ordinary links: nothing loads from those services until you choose to follow one.

To answer your enquiry, and to follow up on it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Enquiries are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, your information is then held under our client agreement rather than this policy.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, and we will.

Your submission is emailed to us, so it passes through our email provider in the ordinary way. Nobody else receives it. We use no third-party form service, marketing platform or CRM to process website enquiries.

Google receives the analytics data described above and processes it on our behalf under Google's privacy policy. We do not share Google Analytics data with anyone else, and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. We will not charge you for asking and we will not make it difficult.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and reach us by email. We are an IT security company and we apply to our own systems the controls we recommend to clients. No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
